We truly enjoyed this lovely little and incredibly beautiful hotel and had a really really nice time. The staff were cooperative and efficient throughout our stay. The location was good, within easy walking distance of Louvre Museum. The breakfast was outstanding and excellent, the check in was early. Everything was simply perfect.

Marvellous location to the major sites of central Paris, European style building. Reasonably large and newly renovated rooms with a very comfortable large bed as well as soaps, had a really great stay for three nights. Really friendly and affable hotel employees all round.

During our stay at the Paris Marriott Opera Ambassador Hotel, we had a fantastic experience. One thing that really stood out to us was the exceptional service we received from the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. For example, when we arrived early in the morning and our room wasn't ready, they offered us a cozy spot in the rooftop breakfast room and even brought us a piping hot cup of cappuccino. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel welcomed and cared for. The staff's kindness and attentiveness truly made our stay memorable.

Overall good, but I have stayed at the same hotel 3 times in last 6 months, and there is no recognition of the fact that you are coming back, even though they have loyalty card details etc. Front desk is a bit confused, with too many people running in and out and no focused service.

I thought the standard of the front desk and concierge was extremely poor. I could not send faxes as they said the machine was broken. I e mailed the staff and called them asking to print out an e mail and advise me when it arrived .....never came back to me. I waited 10 minutes at the concierge desk for help only to find out that there was no concierge that night.

The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance to many tourist spots such as the Opera house and Galleries Lafayette. It is also close to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are comfortable and well-furnished, with large bathrooms and nice views of the street. The staff at the hotel are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service to guests. Breakfast is served in a cozy lobby restaurant, offering a buffet with various options. the hotel provides a pleasant and convenient stay for guests.

Some guests have mentioned that the hotel can be understaffed at times, leading to longer lines at check-in and delays in room readiness.

We had a really nice stay for both nights.

The hotel was fairly large, clean and had excellent breakfast. The rooms were soundproof, neat and with a great view of the eiffel tower. There was lots of food for breakfast, it was fantastic.

Very central, very close to metro stations and department stores, quite big room (in Paris standarts), friendly staff (but they supposed to be friednly and helpful so this is not a real plus)

Cleaning service is slow and not very organised (one day they left the changed linens in the room, the other day my room was not cleaned until 3, etc), nothing special about the hotel other than its location...

LOcation....Taxi stand at 20 yards...helpful and cordial staff. Breakfast included at special 8th floor lounge. Metro is also very close....Good restaurants nearby.Concierge obtains tickets for events. Free newspapers.In general a pleasant experience.

I had a very scary and traumatizing experience during my stay at the hotel. One night, a random man walked into my room while I was sleeping alone. It was a horrifying moment, but thankfully he left quickly. The staff at the reception took responsibility for the error and apologized. They even offered me compensation in the form of points on my Marriott membership. It was a very unsettling experience, but I appreciate their understanding and effort to make it right. However, the hotel itself was run down and had a lingering smell that was quite unpleasant.
